Intention Journey LLC (d/b/a Neurofeedback Recalibration)

Effective Date: July 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Intention Journey LLC, doing business as Neurofeedback Recalibration ("NFR," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and retains information when you visit neurofeedbackrecalibration.com or use the NFR platform and services.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account and profile information: your name, email address, phone number, account credentials, practitioner relationship, and profile or demographic details you choose to provide.
  • Course and program information: course progress, lesson completion, custom programs, journal entries, and other information you enter in the platform.
  • EEG and PPG session data: raw EEG neural signals, raw PPG optical pulse signals, session timestamps and settings, markers, and the reports, scores, charts, and other outputs derived from those recordings. This information may be considered neural, biometric, physiological, sensitive, or health-related personal information under applicable law.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We may receive transaction details such as payment status, purchase amount, and billing contact information, but NFR does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
  • Technical information: basic device, browser, IP address, security, and usage information generated when you access the site or platform.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Create and manage accounts and deliver the NFR service;
  • Provide courses, practices, progress tracking, journaling, and custom programs;
  • Record sessions and generate derived reports and measurements;
  • Make authorized derived reports available for practitioner review;
  • Process purchases, provide customer support, and send transactional messages;
  • Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the platform;
  • Comply with law and enforce our agreements; and
  • Create de-identified or aggregated analytics for research, comparison, publication, and improvement of NFR's methods and services.

Practitioner Access

The NFR Practitioner you work with may receive your derived reports and the account or contact information needed to identify and communicate with you. NFR does not provide practitioners with your underlying raw EEG or PPG recordings. Practitioners are independent businesses and are responsible for their own services and privacy practices outside the NFR platform.

Service Providers and Disclosures

We use service providers to operate the platform, including:

  • Supabase for authentication, database services, and private file storage;
  • Stripe for payment processing; and
  • Resend for transactional email delivery.

These providers process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use or disclose personal data for third-party advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.

De-Identified and Aggregated Information

We may de-identify, anonymize, or aggregate information so that it no longer reasonably identifies you. We may retain and use that information for research, statistical and cohort analysis, benchmarking, publication, and development or improvement of NFR's protocols, methods, and services. We do not attempt to re-identify information that has been de-identified.

Retention and Deletion

We retain identifiable information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain the integrity and security of the platform, meet legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of information and why it was collected. De-identified or aggregated information may be retained for longer periods.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hugh@intentionjourney.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.

California Privacy Rights

California residents may have the right, subject to applicable law, to know and access the personal information collected about them; request correction or deletion; limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and receive equal service and pricing when exercising privacy rights. NFR does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To submit a California privacy request, email hugh@intentionjourney.com and describe the request. We will verify and respond to eligible requests as required by applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Adults Only

NFR is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information or neural data from children.
