Paid programs, packages, and subscriptions purchased directly from Intention Journey LLC through Neurofeedback Recalibration ("NFR") are covered by a 30-day, 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a refund within 30 calendar days of your first purchase and we will refund the full amount. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email hugh@intentionjourney.com from the email address associated with your purchase. Including your name and purchase date will help us locate the transaction quickly.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. They typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval, although the exact timing is determined by your bank or card issuer.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next period. The 30-day guarantee applies to the first purchase of the subscription. Payments made after the guarantee period are non-refundable unless required by law.

Services Billed by Independent Practitioners

NFR Practitioners are independent businesses. Services, sessions, programs, or packages billed directly by an independent practitioner are governed by that practitioner's own cancellation and refund policy, not this policy.
